At Western, we are very excited to know that we will soon be able to see all of your smiling faces in person again. While we have enjoyed speaking with you on the phone and have certainly enjoyed our one-on-one time with your wonderful furry family members, it is no substitute for seeing you face-to-face. We’ve missed you!
The following outlines what to expect as of March 1st when you come to Western. We want to open our doors while still being sensitive to everyone’s comfort and personal health concerns.
We will be welcoming owners to join their pets again in-clinic for their appointments. Due to the small size of our appointment rooms and the duration of our appointments, we continue to ask that only one owner come in for the appointment.
We would continue to ask that you text us upon your arrival and wait in your car until you are contacted to come to the side door to come in for your appointment.
Those of you arriving by taxi or on foot are welcome to enter through our front doors and wait for your appointment in our waiting room if capacity allows. We know that inclement weather is a stressor for both pets and their humans as they wait for their scheduled appointment.
Food and Medication Pick Up:
You may enter directly through our front doors upon arrival if you are coming to pick up food or medications.
WE REQUIRE THAT ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE BUILDING FOR ANY REASON WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES.
We hope that by working together, we can maintain the momentum towards “normal” over the coming months and look forward to the time when we can reduce our public safety measures even further.
