As some of you already know we’ve recently launched our new online VET store! It’s a great website where you can shop for your pets food from the comfort of your home! In an addition to your pets’ food, we’ve also made toys, treats and much more available too! Now that most of you have placed a few orders and experienced its convenience, we’d like to share some information about the Auto Order feature!

We know life can get busy, and we’ve all been there when we go to feed our pet their dinner and realize there are just crumbs in the bottom of the bag. Darn! You make due with what you have until you are able to run into your vet clinic and hope they have the food in stock. Let us take a little stress off your plate. Auto Order through myVETstore will save you time AND money.
Thats right, on top of being a huge time saver, signing up for Auto Order will also save you money! Familiar brands like Hills and Royal Canin offer various discounts on their diets if placed on Auto Order.

So how does it work? Once you have logged onto your profile and your current diet prescription has been approved, you can create an Auto Order by a just a few clicks!

Mosts diets are considered prescription, therefore will be approved us prior to your first order. Once the diet is approved you will find all current diets listed under the “For My Pet” icon, shown highlighted below.

This icon will bring you to the page shown below, where you can see all your currently prescribed diets. From here you are able to add items to your cart. Check out the Auto Order savings! Once all your selected items have been added to your cart you can proceed to check out and create your Auto Order!

Below is how your shopping cart will appear with your selected items. Click proceed to check out to continue.

During the check out process you can edit and choose your time frame for your Auto Order delivery. Once you have completely filled out your shipping address and credit card information. Check the box “ Yes, create my auto order.” Then place order. At the final check out page you will be able to pick the frequency of your order.

Don’t fret! You can always change or edit your Auto Order. A reminder email will also be sent 1 week prior to ship out so you have time cancel or adjust the order as needed.

Done and Done! Now you don’t have to worry about running out of food and it’s one less trip you have to make during your busy day!
