What To Expect
As a new client of Western Animal Clinic in London, Ontario, you can expect our full attention. We are proud to demonstrate what compassionate, personalized, and informative veterinary care can do for your pet!
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and ushered into a private examination room at the earliest opportunity. We respect our clients’ time and therefore make every effort to see all of our patients as scheduled. Although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when unforeseen circumstances may create delays. We do our best to minimize these occurrences, but if you do experience a delay, we will strive to keep you informed and as comfortable as possible.
Our standard appointment time is 40 minutes, during which the Veterinarian will address all of your concerns, and take the time to share their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. Our goal is to work together to develop a plan that will suit your needs, and those of your pet. This includes customized vaccination protocols based on your pet’s lifestyle, and tailor-made health care programs.
During your visit, you will also meet several members of our team, all of whom are Veterinary Technicians. These highly trained and qualified specialists will provide you with further educational information, answer any questions you may have, and will be waiting in reception to handle billing and schedule any needed follow up appointments.
From the first joyous experience of a new puppy or kitten to the final loving moments with a beloved senior pet, we are here to support you every step of the way. We recognize how important your pet is, and look forward to meeting you and your furry family soon!
