What to Expect

As a new client of Western Animal Clinic in London, Ontario you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.  We are proud to show what compassionate, personalized, and informative veterinary care can do for your pet!

Our appointment times are 40 minutes with your veterinarian to address all of your concerns, and we take the time to share knowledge so that you may participate in the care of your pet’s health. We help you plan customized vaccination and health care programs specifically for your pet’s needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available.  Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.  We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible, but if you do experience a delay we will make every effort to make your wait time as comfortable as possible for both you and your pet.

During your appointment a veterinarian will see you, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.  You may also see on one our Technicians who may  provide you with further educational information and answer routine wellness and care questions for you.  Our client care specialists will be waiting in reception to handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.

From the first joyous experiences of a new puppy or kitten, to the final loving moments with a beloved senior pet, we are with you every step of the way.  We recognize how important your pet is and look forward to meeting you and your furry family soon!
